Typomemory Memorygame
– Typo Memory is a game which helps the player to learn the basic principles of typography and recognize the most common typefaces. Not only does it portray the character of each font, but it also emphasizes their typographic relevance. All 48 memory cards have been designed individually using only red and blue color. For the back face of the cards a typographic pattern has been created consisting out of dots and diagonal slashes. This game is a collaboration between two students, each of us designing ten card pairs. We challenged ourselves to find a common stylistic approach. – 180 x 250cm 2013
